Adorable Bunny made using pattern from Abby Glassenberg

Still need a bunny for your basket?

Don't despair! There is still plenty of time to make one! Or two or three!

It only took me a couple hours to stitch and stuff the plump little pink bunny above. If you have a bit of stuffing and a little felt or plush in the house you are set! Easter Bunny in a couple hours! Less if (unlike me) you sew him on the machine!

Love this bunny so much. Our generous and talented Abby Glassenberg shares a free tutorial for Sophia the Bunny on her site While She Naps.

(Just so you know - the Temari eggs - the really cool ones - made by Diane at Craftypod! Just braggin')

My first ever origami! Holding eggs from one of my first ever internet pals!

My first ever origami!!! And what a great way to begin the adventure, following this excellenthow-to video by Leyla Torres.

I watched the video in full, then made my first one pausing as needed and numbers two and three I was able to fold along with her without pausing. Perfectly paced. Beautifully executed. And Novice friendly!

(Notice the very cool eggs nestled in my bunnies! They are made by the artful hand and wildly creative mind of Chris over at Parabolic Muse. Part of my Easter treasure)

What child - of any age actually - wouldn't want to find this bunny hiding in a basket or waiting on the brunch table to be eaten Easter morning! A clever and adorable AND easy to make edible Easter bunny - and the tutorial for how to make him from store bought doughnuts is found on The Tiny Funnel.

And one more!

And then just when I thought I had collected the best of the bunny cuteness for the season, this heart stealing Lop Eared Sock Bunny from Joanne at Craft Passion shows up in my Feedley!! Could a sock creature get any sweeter? How-to is here!

And now, I am taking a short blogging break.

Apparently some upgrades are in order!

I will be back on the 24th. That is the day I am scheduled to share my Plastic Canvas Windmill Ornaments in the Craftypod 2014 PC Blog Hop!

In the meantime - Happy Easter everyone!
